Primary source verification of your degree, nursing license, and experience certificates. We coordinate with your colleges and previous employers so nothing stalls your file.
Country-specific licensing exam: SCFHS in Saudi Arabia, DHA in Dubai, HAAD in Abu Dhabi, QCHP in Qatar, MOH in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. Includes preparation, booking, and re-attempt support if needed.
Direct interview with a sponsoring hospital. We coach you through their format, follow up on your behalf, and walk through the offer letter and contract terms when it lands.
MEA and embassy attestation of your credentials. We coordinate the chain end-to-end, including any apostille requirements.
Your sponsoring hospital initiates the work permit and entry visa. We track the application from your side and surface any document requests immediately.
Pre-departure medical examination, biometric capture, and final visa stamp. We line up the appointments so they happen back to back.
Destination authority issues your license to practice. We book your flight, arrange airport pickup, and stay with you through the first weeks of housing and onboarding.
Country-specific differences: the licensing authority and exam vary by destination. Saudi Arabia uses SCFHS, Dubai uses DHA, Abu Dhabi uses HAAD, Qatar uses QCHP, and Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman use the local MOH. Your counsellor will confirm the exact body and exam for your destination during stage 01.
